Send a broken part, a photo with a ruler next to it, or a STEP file. We model it, cut it, and keep the drawing on file so the next one takes three days instead of three weeks.
Materials
7075-T6 and 6082 aluminium, 3K woven carbon plate from 2 to 4 mm, POM, sintered nylon and titanium fasteners. Anodising in six colours, two week lead.
Tolerance
±0.02 mm on bearing seats and pivot bores, ±0.05 mm elsewhere. Every batch is measured and the check sheet ships in the bag.
Reverse engineering
No drawing needed. We measure the broken part on a shadowgraph, model it, and send you a render to approve before anything is cut.
Short runs
One-offs are welcome. Club batches of ten or more drop the unit price by roughly a third — worth organising with your team.
